VERDE enhances its Media Monitoring with AI, Venna Pavaday – Partner

Since 2017, VERDE has been using technology to provide media monitoring solutions to many clients. The verde.mu document management system is a proprietary tool used in the service delivery. While the company was using scraping methodology and other tools to find data in real time, the volume, velocity, and variety of media content today are unprecedented. News sites, social media, broadcast channels, forums, and visual platforms generate more information in a day than teams can process.

 

In this environment, this is where augmented intelligence comes in. Augmented intelligence is a model where artificial intelligence enhances human expertise rather than replacing it. This is what VERDE believes in and has been actively working with a team of developers to custom develop some AI processes to treat high volumes of data at speed.
